Our organization’s most important part is our people. We look for people who love technology, and are good at solving hard problems. We value creativity and being smart more than experience. We work together as a team, collaborate, and work hard. We also have fun when we’re not working so that we can keep a good balance between work and relaxation.
We believe that the culture of a company is made up of its values, ethics, and beliefs that affect how things are done and the atmosphere at work. It influences everything from important business decisions to the mood in the shared kitchen. Leaders set the tone for company culture, but everyone in the organization contributes to it, including how we hire, make employment policies, and interact with each other in the workplace.
